Refunds and Exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request. Items must be shipped to us at your expense in unused or unworn condition. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount in the form of store credit (e-gift card). You can then place a new order for your exchange. We want you to be happy!
Errors and defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect. We can in most circumstances manufacture a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Processing
When shipping your return to us, include a copy of your order number. Remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking to confirm receipt of your return. Splosions.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages during transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
